Beauty: Summer Trend Report

The summer solstice is this week and that means that it’s time to update our wardrobes, decor and gift selections to reflect the warm weather and sunshine! To honor this transition, our editors are taking you on a tour of what’s “hot” for summer in their areas of expertise.

As the beauty editor at Gifts.com, I feel like it’s my duty to share an amazing new trend for summer that is going to keep you looking bronzed and beautiful while protecting your precious epidermis.

This year, fight the harsh rays of the sun with the right beauty products. SPF, or sun protection factor, used to be limited to sunscreens that you slather on at the beach but now is prominently featured in loads of our everyday staples. Moisturizers, blush, bronzers, foundations, BB creams and even lip colors now feature the vital ingredients needed to keep your skin looking both lovely and healthy. With these great products in tow, you can feel ready for your close-up while enjoying your fun in the sun!
