Everyone has their “signature gift”. It’s that one type of gift you love to give almost as much as you love to get. For me, I always like to give books to my friends and family. As an avid reader and “Gift Guru” I buy a lot of books throughout the year and save them for Birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and of course Christmas.

They also make great last-minute gifts because you can always pick them up in store. So if you’re still stumped on what to get that hard-to-shop for person, give them a book that speaks to their personality and interests.

And don’t forget as a “guru” tip: write a personal note or inscription on the inside for that added personal touch. Time to hit the books!
