Celebrate Your Star Mom: Cultured Mom

Continuing our series of shout-outs about our favorite celebrity Moms, today’s star mom is Meryl Streep. We’ve already covered the hard-working “Achiever Mom”, the traditional “Classic Mom”, and now we’re going to share our shopping tips for all the creative moms out there. Meryl embodies the culture-vulture Mom. The type who appreciates a good book as much as a good class of wine. She loves art, drama, music and the arts in general. She’s the head of her book club and her home reflects her creative spirit, filled with art books and little trinkets.

One of my favorite gifts for the “Cultured Mom” is a gift certificate to the affordable art site: 20×200. This site has revolutionized the way people shop for art online and in general.  They’ve enabled us all to be amateur art collectors with a expertly curated selection with prices starting at just $20. You can search for art by the person’s interests or send them an emailable gift certificate that they can redeem themselves online. With a vast selection and new prints being added every week, they’ll be decorating their walls in no time. Bring the gallery home to them with this unique gift.
