Daddy Scrubs

With Father’s Day quickly approaching (June 19th!), I’d like to give a gifting shout-out to a certain type of dad who deserves a little extra attention.

I’m talking about the “soon-to-be” or “brand-new” dad. There are two great reasons why these types of dads deserve an extra tip of the cap.

First and foremost, fatherhood is a wonderful thing, so a big congratulations is definitely in order for these new dads. But second, these new dads are (or soon-to-be dads) are sleep deprived zombies who (mostly) don’t complain. A little recognition will go a long way. So here are a few fun new ones we just came across from a site called DaddyScrubs.com.

My favorite product is their “Daddy Swag Gift Box”. While the expectant mom’s bag is by the door at the ready, be sure to put this kit right next to it as must-have gear for the hospital. The gift box includes the delivery room ready “I’m the Daddy” hospital scrubs and a matching tee, ball cap and mug with a few other “I’m the Daddy” goodies thrown in for good measure. I’m loving these scrubs as they’ll most likely become dad’s go-to jammies for years to come.

If the gift box is a little much, the “I’m the Daddy” scrubs are sold separately in a few colors all of which should make him the talk of the delivery room…at least until the actually delivery.

Lastly, if just a simple delivery day souvenir for dad is more your style, the simple “I’m the Daddy” tee is the way to go.
