This week blew by, just like the rest of summer. Can you believe it’s going to be August already on Monday?! Special shout-out to Gift Guru Dan T on his birthday. Next time we’ll be sure to make these DIY Red Velvet Cupcakes in a jar in time. In other Guru news, Dana H was on Good Day New York this week sharing her favorite eco-friendly gifts.

From fair-trade, to organic beauty, we’ve got the greenest of options for everyone on your list.  With all the big blockbusters movies coming out this summer, we’re definitely experiencing a “super-hero” trend right now.

You have Captain America, Green Lantern and Spiderman on Broadway,  everyone is comics-crazed. Keep your eye out for the new LEGO super-heroes (as seen above), which made their debut at Comic Con in San Diego last week.
