Nintendo 3DS Price Drop
Great gift update!
Less than five months ago we were very excited to announce a sure-fire gift hit for 2011 was now available.
Nintendo 3DS was so buzz-worthy back in March, but in some ways, the excitement now feels even greater with a recently announced price drop to $169.99 (from $249.99 effective August 12th 2011)
In addition to stunning 3D handheld portable gaming, here’s a reminder of what kind of great gift value the 3DS has now become:
Content: The new Nintendo Video service now offers a wide range of cool 3D content via short form music videos, animation and comedy clips.
Netflix: Netflix members (w/ unlimited streaming service plans) can watch their favorite movies and TV on the 3DS
Nintendo eShop: The eShop is a one-stop destination to make a 3DS a fully loaded, portable entertainment hub. Access to 3D downloadable software, 3D versions of classic games, 350+ DSiWare games, tons of game trailers and other gaming goodies are available to make a 3DS a content monster.
Games!: Back in March 3DS was just getting started. Now the 3DS title roster has filled out a bit with some great must-have games. We’re lovin’ “Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D” and “Steel Diver” to name a few. Here’s our Top 10 Game List for the 3DS!.
So all this in a 3DS that’s more than 30% lower than it was last week, means you’ll be seeing a lot of these under the trees in December.
