Scoop the Best of Summer Sales

I am a born bargain hunter. I’m the person who’s stocking up on winter coats in June and stockpiling flip flops in September.  My sale-hounding ways have worked out for me more than once, but while I love bargains, I don’t always buy something just because it’s discounted.

While summer is in its final month, stores have already started displaying their new apparel for Fall, and Back to School shopping is also in full swing. What better time to snag some great sales for everyone in your family. Whether it’s Fashion, Gadgets or Toys, every retailer out there is doing major markdowns all over the web.

So as a little mid-week treat, I’ve tracked down all noteworthy sales out there for you to peruse, and while you’re at it, it doesn’t hurt to do some self-gifting in the process.

Nordstrom

Even though they just wrapped up their anniversary sale, Nordstrom has new markdowns everyday on Women’s, Men’s, Juniors and even Baby and Kids apparel, along with women’s shoes and their Designer Collection.

Sport Summer’s Hottest Trend with this Mimi Chica Printed Maxi Dress marked down to $35.90.

Williams Sonoma

With this warm weather not going anywhere, there will be plenty more summertime soirees and backyard barbeques on your calendar. Swing by the WS sale to stock up on nautical tableware, grilling gadgets and outdoor decor.

I especially love this Handblown Bell Jar, marked down to $49.99, great for decorating your table or making a DIY Terrarium.

Pottery Barn Kids

Let’s not forget the little ones! PBK has marked down a ton of summertime essentials like: sleeping bags, baby gear, beach gear and much more. Check out their full sale for both Kids and Baby items.

Great for new babies or baby showers, these $14.99 Madras Bath Wraps come in boy and girl-friendly colors and they can be customized.

Red Envelope

Definitely one of our go-to gifting spots, Red Envelope has marked down a huge variety of their gifts, from personalized keepsakes, jewelry, toys, guys gear and even electronics. They’ve also included some fall items for Back to School and Halloween for the super early bird shoppers out there.

And for your next backyard party, snag this Solar-Powered Sound System by Soulra marked down from $199 to $179 for battery-free music all day. Works with iPods and iPhones.

Target

In additional to their daily deals, Target is also offering a special clearance on toys. There’s tons of markdowns on action figures, bikes, games, and backyard gear for the family.

I love this pop-up Play Tent marked down to $34.98, great for backyard camping or rec room play.
