Spring Break Gear for Getaways

Nothing like a rainy day to make me yearn for my Spring Break Days. All throughout March, thousands of college students take a break from hitting the books to beach bum, head home or hit the road. Despite it’s tawdy reputation, courtesy of MTV, Spring Break is essential to any student’s sanity after a long winter of midterms and meltdowns. Help say Bon Voyage to your hardworking student with one of our Spring Break essentials. Everybody likes to unwind in their own way, so we’ve got gift ideas for every type of teen or young adult. Ahh youth.

In between working on their tan and reading more recreational material,  these students want to blow off some steam and what better way to do so then some beach sports. An oldie but a goodie, this Ultimate Frisbee Kit comes with a handy instruction booklet explaining the rules of the game and a frisbee to get you started. It’s the perfect size to pack in a suitcase and great for pick up games.

What vacation would be complete without a new pair of shades? Cheap Monday makes cool and affordable unisex sunglasses that are flattering for both guys and girls. Just like how woman like to wear men’s shirts, these shades are equally covetable. Just be sure to buy a case so they don’t get crunched in transit or do what I do and buy back-up pairs!

Everybody’s got a digital camera these days. Now it’s all about dreamy-looking, washed-out retro photos. Achieve that classic throwback Polaroid look with this cool Holga Camera Starter Kit. Capture those Spring Break memories on actual film, the old-fashioned way. That way even if their computer crashes or their camera goes kaput, the photos will stay in tact, just like their memories.
