Tax Refund Party!

How will you spend yours? This is the end of the road tax payers. Tuesday, as in tomorrow, is the last day to file your taxes so if you haven’t already, get to it! But, hopefully most of you have filed and are ready to spend that refund check! We sure are!
It’s hard to believe, for some of us less fortunate souls, that the estimated average tax refund for 2012 is $3,129! But it sure is nice to think about! So, in the spirit of economic stimuli, each of us editors took a spin at how we would spend that lovely chunk of change. Sure, we all might actually pay down debt or save for retirement or some other practical thing, but it’s ok to dream, right?
How would you spend it?

Gillian (Women’s & Home Editor) – If my tax refund was a nice chunk of change this year, I’d first brighten up my living room and bedroom & then my wardrobe! And then, I’d splurge my last bit on a little skin care to keep me looking young.
Liz (Kids’ Editor) – I’d spend my refund on something that makes me happy. So, I’m going on vacation and spending my check on things that will make my trip fab.
