Ultimate Running Accessory

This past Sunday, my friends and 20,000+ brave souls completed the Los Angeles Marathon despite some pretty spectacular weather conditions. With hurricane-like winds, and non-stop rain, it helped to be prepared with some serious running gear.

Known more for their tennis shoes than running apparel, K-SWISS sponsored this year’s race, which kicks off at Dodger’s Stadium and runs up to Santa Monica. The day before the race, I stopped by their Fitness Expo tents showcasing all kinds of runner’s gear. From pain patches, waterproof jackets and of course, every kind of running shoe under the sun, it was paradise for any fitness enthusiast.

Among the aisles of gear and energy bars, there was one particularly practical item that stood out to me. A running belt to store all your gadgets and gear. A lot of the times, running shorts and pants don’t have pockets, and even when they do, no one wants to feel weighed down by a pocket full of stuff.

This one-size fits all belt by Spibelt is the perfect exercise accessory. It features an expandable pouch to store all your gear and it easily clips on without bouncing around while you run. It can be worn over or under clothing, so after you finish your workout or in this case, the big race, you can call all your friends and tell them you just ran 26 miles in the rain! It’s a great gift for any fitness lover or athlete in training.

Check out the rest of LA Marathon gear courtesy of K-SWISS and congrats to all of those who finished yesterday.
