Bio:  Kimberly is the owner and editor of She Scribes. She is a mom, wife, blogger, freelance writer & photographer and mini-zoo keeper. Kimberly resides in the suburbs of New York City with her husband, two children, five cats and a dog. She enjoys writing about a variety of subjects on her site including entertainment, product reviews, family life, parenting and more.

The 2012 Giftees are underway and you’re probably wondering what the panel of judges is and who they are, right? It’s up to You, the public, to nominate your favorite gifts of the year and to ultimately decide on the winners. But when nominations end, the esteemed judges help select the Top 10 products in each category before handing it back over to You to determine the winners. Well, I’m going to be highlighting one judge at a time from the panel of respected bloggers, business women, and social media mavens who know a thing or two about what makes a great gift. Enjoy!

Q: Why are you excited to be a judge for the Giftees?

A: I’m looking forward to learning more about the latest and greatest gift ideas and sharing my thoughts with others.

Q: What is the best gift that you ever gave?

A: I found one of my husband’s all time favorite toys from his childhood. He was over the moon when he opened his gift

Q: When you take the Gifts.com personality quiz…which personality are you?

A: I’m mostly “Super Mom” as per the quiz.

Q: What is your favorite thing about giving gifts?

A: Seeing the smile on the recipient’s face when they open their gift.

Q: What is the best gift that you ever got?

A: A handmade gift from my husband. It was so creative and sweet.

Q: What is a dream gift that you would love to get?

A: A professional quality camera.

Q: What do you like to do when you’re off the clock?

A: Hangout with my family, watch movies, SLEEP!

Q: How long have you been a blogger/brand?

A: I started my blog in April 2008.

Q: Why do you love what you do?

A: I love to write, I enjoy working with brands and networking with others. I also love the opportunities to meet celebrities and do things on my “Bucket List”.
