Being an avid coffee drinker, my mornings depend on my regular caffeine fix. It's all about getting up and out the door, but one of my New Year's Resolutions is to slow down and enjoy the simple things in life. I've since switched from an automatic drip machine to a french press coffee maker and this year I'm going to take it one step further with my new Chemex manual coffee maker.
