Cinco de Mayo is today, and did you know that it's not Mexico's independence day but celebrates an important military victory over the French in 1862? Tomorrow (or should I say manana?) is Cinco de Mayo, a holiday I love because I get to celebrate two of my favorite food groups—guacamole and margaritas.
