We’ve been having so much fun looking at all the hilarious pet costumes for Halloween out there that we just couldn’t keep them to ourselves! This is actually the first year that we’ve seen so many cat costumes (it's about time!). At the top of the list? This Shrek-inspired Puss in Boots number.
