Without a doubt, one of our favorite gifts of 2010 is the Nerf Stampede ECS blaster. We were first teased with the yet to be named Stampede at Toy Fair last February. Already big fans of the Stampede’s predecessor, the Vulcan , we eagerly awaited the new blaster’s arrival- and the Stampede certainly didn’t disappoint!

This monster is a fully automatic, battery powered Nerf dart gun that comes with two 18 dart capacity clips and one 6 dart clip and a blast rate of around 180 dart per minute! The MOANG (Mother Of All Nerf Guns) is suggested for the 8+ crowd, but The Stampede is one of those toys that is enjoyed equally by grade-schoolers and grade-schoolers (and beyond).

We love toys for the young and young-at-heart, and that’s why The Stampede is a “Must Get” this Holiday season.
