Happy St. Patrick's DayHappy St. Patrick’s Day from the little leprechauns at Gifts.com! Today isn’t just about sunshine, rainbows, lucky pots of gold and four leaf clovers. It’s also about…beer…I mean, feasting, for Saint Patrick…the patron saint of Ireland. It has been celebrated as a feast day in Ireland since the 17th century to commemorate St. Patrick and Christianity’s arrival in Ireland.  However, it didn’t take too long…just a couple hundred years, for it to morph into the celebration of Ireland and Irish culture that we know it as today. And, aren’t we all better for having another reason to get together and celebrate? I think so!
