Gift Fair Favorites: GrandCamp Adventures

The New York International Gift Fair is the bi-annual industry gathering for the gift industry. The tradeshow is THE place where 35,000 attendees from all over the globe come to see both the latest trends if gifting as well as to get a look at what the “must-have” gifts will be in the coming months.

While there’s literally over a half million square feet devoted to all types of gifts. The Gift Gurus hit the NYIGF floor in search of fun, unique and ultimately very “gift-able” products from the countless gifts on hand. Here’s one I love:

The Gift: GrandCamp Adventures Book & Games (available now)

The Scoop: GrandCamp Adventures products are designed to build lasting memories with grandparents and their grand kids. It’s a storybook for Grandparents and kids to build deeper bonds and at the same time have fun! This storybook comes alive with fun games and products that will be sure to be enjoyable for both grandparents and kids. Create your own treasure hunt with the search for Long Beard’s Treasure which in includes treasure maps, clues, coins and special action cards.

This game will have everyone ages 4 – 100 wanting to play again. Create an awesome handshake with Grandpa or Grandma with the Shake it UP! 3- in-1 handshake. Each new secret handshake solves different puzzles and also becomes a fun “hand twisting memory game”.

According to a poll of seniors by AARP, most grandparents care more about creating experiences with their family then “things”. So why not give the gift of fun memories with this line of engaging games, storybooks and fun?!
