Summer Fancy Food ShowToday is one of our favorite trade shows that comes to NYC’s Jacob Javits Center. That’s saying something because we go to a lot of trade shows, and I mean A LOT! So what’s all the hub-bub about already? The Summer Fancy Food Show! This show is an exclusive inside peek at the latest imports and artisanal creations that will be gracing your bouche in the coming months if you’re lucky enough to find them in your local gourmet shop. The Fancy Food Show is North America’s Largest Specialty Food And Beverage Event open only to the industry which means that only people like us, chefs and store owners get to sample the deliciousness and spread the word. The event touts 180,000 products from sweets to snacks, spices to coffees, organic to ethnic and everything in between that represent 80 countries and regions worldwide.

We are your ticket inside. We feel so lucky to be your guide this year to what’s gourmet and giftable because last year they did this event in Washington D.C. and we couldn’t make the trip. We’re going to share the most party friendly products that we can find, edible or otherwise, over the next few days. So, stay tuned and warm up your taste buds for a culinary adventure!

In the meantime, see all of our cooking and entertaining blog posts to start you salivating!
