Sneak Peek: It’s Toy Fair Time!

Don’t miss the “110th annual American International Toy Fair® (February 10th – 13th )! It is the largest toy and youth product marketplace in the Western Hemisphere, bringing together more than 1,000 exhibiting manufacturers, distributors, importers and sales agents from around the globe to showcase their toy and entertainment products from classic toys to interactive entertainment and everything in between.”

Tens of thousands are on hand to preview the hottest games, toys and trends for kids (of all ages!). The “Toy Fair” as we trade folks call it, is hosted by the Toy Industry of America “TIA”.

Each year, the Gift Gurus walk the over 350,000 square feet at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City in search of the most giftable toys and games. It truly is a labor of love (and comfy shoes!) to scour the Javits Center and get an early look at what’s new and exciting for the kiddos. This industry only event is where the big sellers for the holidays are determined…yes, they are determined in February! And, as always, we’re taking you with us into the belly of the beast to see what’s hot before it hits the shelves.
